In 2003, two dim sum dishes were awarded gold medals in the 5th national cooking contest-PRC.

Experience & Recognition

In 1997, she went to Singapore to participate in the touring performance and conducted technical exchange in mandarin Oriental and Neptune hotel.

During the world top 500 meeting and Korean President Kim Dae-Jung’s visit to China, she worked as a dessert producer at the Shanghai international convention center to make Classic Chinese dinner for the Global Leaders.
